If you've entered this folder using a file manager, you can right-click on the
script, 'speakingdisplayclockwithdate--chatgpt.sh', then left-click on the
drop-down menu entry item labelled for running the file as a program, for
example, in Gnome's Files file manager, the item is labelled 'Run as a
Program'. A graphical terminal will appear with the time displayed in it. To
stop the script, left-click on the 'X' (close window) button in the title bar.
Alternatively, if you've entered this folder on the command line, enter
'bash speaking_display_clock.sh'. To stop the script, on your keyboard,
holding down the 'Ctrl' (control) key, tap the 'C' key then release the 'Ctrl'
(control) key.

When the script starts, it clears the virtual console/graphical terminal.

You may have to wait up to ten seconds before the spoken time announcing starts.

This script is not intended to act as a screensaver. It does not lock the
display. While the script is running, it is not practical to continue to use
the virtual console/graphical terminal the script's time is displayed on.
