(1:) Download the latest ZIP file (<2.09 MB), link below, which contains the program, all audio clips, a read-me file, which includes simple execution (run) instructions, and a changelog file, which lists changes made since the previous version of the program. (2:) Unzip the ZIP file, enter the folder created, then open the read-me file in a text viewer/editor and read the easy-to-understand information in it.
